What you'll do:
You’ll drive our paid-media and performance marketing. You’ll manage cross-channel campaigns, run analytics, and make sure every ad dollar teaches us something new.
Key Tasks
Launch and optimize Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok ads and campaigns.
Develop and measure GEO / AI-engine marketing experiments.
Maintain UTM naming, tracking and data hygiene.
Update weekly KPI dashboards and share insights.
Collaborate with the Content intern on landing pages and messaging.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) < $400 per channel
Cost per Lead (CPL) ≤ $120 or ≥ 6 documented experiments per month
CTR ≥ 1.5 % (search) · ≥ 0.8 % (social)

Strong Excel / Sheets skills and data discipline
Experience with Google Ads or one social ads platform
GA4 or basic SQL a plus
Understanding of U.S. marketing and entrepreneurship landscape
Supervision & Learning
Weekly 1:1 with Head of Marketing. Learning goals set in Week 1. Mid-term and final evaluations included.
